Volunteer Orientation Registration - PLEASE READ FIRST!
The Baltimore County Volunteer Orientation is a joint training program between the Baltimore County Volunteer Firefighter's Association and the Baltimore County Fire-Rescue Academy. This orientation provides an overview of the Baltimore County Fire Department in the morning session followed by CPR in the afternoon. If you already have CPR or MIEMSS EMT or Higher training you do not need to attend the CPR session.
If you are a new member and wish to register for one or both of these programs, please read the below information carefully before submitting your application.
All members who wish to obtain Non-Entry/Observer PAT Tags which is the first step in the Volunteer PAT Tag process must take Hazardous Materials/WMD Awareness through MFRI (Maryland Fire Rescue Institute).

General Registration Information
Registration is limited to 40 members per month.
The Volunteer Orientation Class will be held from 8:00 am until approximately noon.
The CPR class will be held from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Both classes are held at Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Company.
Members who are seated in the program will receive a seating confirmation no less than TEN (10) days prior to the start of the class with further information.
