Volunteer Basic Competency Rapid Intervention Team (R.I.T.) Skills

This form is to ONLY to be completed by the station officer. Individual members are not allowed to register. 

Reminders:

• Members must have a valid Appendix A & White PAT Tags to take this training. Members are to have their White PAT Tags with them when attending the training.
• There must be a minimum of 10 members to run a session and sessions will have no more then 20 members. Stations with less then 10 members will be paired with another volunteer station.
• Upon confirmation of training assignment day & time, the station officer will need to submit the names and LOSAP Numbers of Members who are scheduled to attend within 3 business days.
