I V Technician

PREREQUISITES:

• You must have current PAT Tags
• You must have a current Appendix A (Volunteers) or 503 (Career Members)
• You must hold a current MIEMSS EMT or Higher Certification.
• You must receive approval from your Station Officer to attend. (Career Members are to provide a Form 58. Volunteers are to provide a letter of approval on Company Letterhead signed by an officer.)
