Rescue Technician - Trench Rescue Operations

This is a multi-part form.  You will complete two sections.  In the first section, you will fill out your basic information including the last FIVE digits of your Social Security Number.  Once you hit submit, you will be directed to a registration through the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute for the Rescue Technician - Trench Rescue Operations class.  You should receive TWO confirmation emails; one from the Fire-Rescue Academy and one from MFRI.

Please note you must attend all classes to receive credit.
